Arena Hospitality Group to Open Renovated Camp in Premantura
February the 14th, 2025 – Arena Hospitality Group is set to re-open a newly renovated camp in Premantura, with plans to welcome the first guests this Easter.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, the well known tourism and hotel company Arena Hospitality Group is completing the renovation of the Stupice camp in Premantura, the southernmost town on the Istrian peninsula, Croatia’s largest. The investment totals a massive eight million euros, and the renovated camp in Premantura should welcome its first guests after the renovation at Easter.
The old mobile homes have been replaced by luxury 40-square-metre cottages, designed to blend in with the beautiful natural environment of Istria and with elegant interiors, according to Arena Hospitality Group.
Over 100 camping pitches are also currently being renovated. They will be equipped with fibre optic connections, electricity, a water supply and a proper system for sewage. When they complete this large investment, they will have half of the four-star campsites in their already enviable portfolio.
The renovation of the campsites began back in 2017, and it was a long wait before things got moving because the issue of state-owned tourist land hadn’t been resolved. Arena Hospitality Group is also investing in its other facilities: the swimming pool complex of the Belvedere and Histria hotels in Pula, the facade of the Histria hotel, improvements to the Brioni hotel pool, and the roof terrace of their new hotel in Zagreb has also been renovated.
